I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great, just a short walk to downtown and close to the subway, which was super convenient. Unfortunately, the rooms weren't cleaned during my 4-night stay and felt dirty. The service ranged from warm and friendly to rude, which was quite disappointing. Overall, it has potential with its location, but improvements are definitely needed in cleanliness and service.
